1. About this policy

This Cookies Policy explains how Illusiom Ltd, trading as Jo Ellard Careers ("we", "us" or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on info.joellardcareers.com and any Jo Ellard Careers landing page that links to this policy.

It should be read alongside our Customer Privacy Notice. The Interact quiz and third-party services may also use technologies on their own pages under their own policies.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on a computer, mobile telephone or other device when a person uses an online service. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, scripts and local storage. Session cookies expire when the browser closes. Persistent cookies remain for a stated period or until deleted.

3. How we use these technologies

Strictly necessary technologies

These support functions requested by the visitor, protect the service, process forms or payments, maintain sessions, and remember cookie choices. They do not normally require consent, but we still explain their use.

Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our landing pages and online funnels. This may include information about pages visited, time spent on pages, device and browser type, general geographic location and the source through which a visitor reached the page. We use this information to improve our content, user experience and services. Google Analytics cookies will only be placed on your device if you choose to accept analytics cookies through our cookie banner.

Advertising and social-media technologies

We do not currently use advertising or social-media tracking technologies on the landing page. If these are introduced, this policy and the cookie controls will be updated before they are activated. Technologies used for targeted advertising, retargeting or cross-service tracking will not operate without any consent required by law.

4. Services and technologies in use

Our landing pages and online funnels use GoHighLevel/Funnel Sketchers for page, form and customer-journey functionality; Google Analytics for optional analytics; Interact for quiz functionality; and Stripe for secure payment processing where applicable. These services may use cookies or similar technologies when their functions are used. Essential technologies operate only as needed to provide the requested service. Google Analytics remains disabled unless analytics consent is given.

5. How long cookies remain on your device

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period unless you delete them sooner. Essential cookies are retained only for as long as required to provide the relevant website, form, payment or security function. Cookies used to remember your cookie preferences may remain for up to 12 months. Google Analytics cookies may remain on your device for up to 24 months, depending on the cookie and our analytics configuration. Cookies used by GoHighLevel/Funnel Sketchers, Interact or Stripe may have different durations depending on the function being used and the provider’s configuration.

6. Your choices

Where a choice is required, the cookie banner will allow visitors to accept or reject non-essential technologies and, where available, choose by category. Rejecting non-essential technologies will not prevent access to the landing page or quiz result.

Visitors can change or withdraw their choices at any time using the cookie settings link or icon displayed on the landing page. Browser settings can also block or delete cookies, although this may affect requested functions.

7. Third-party services

  • Funnel Sketchers provides landing-page, customer relationship management, email and product-delivery functions.

  • Google Analytics provides optional information about how visitors use our landing pages and funnels. It is disabled until analytics consent is given.

  • Interact hosts the lead-generation quiz and personalised result pages.

  • Stripe processes payments through Funnel Sketchers checkout.

  • Fathom, Zoom, Google Meet and WhatsApp are used after purchase for one-to-one service delivery and are principally covered by the Customer Privacy Notice rather than the landing-page cookie table.

Third-party providers may process information under their own privacy and cookie information when a visitor moves to their service. Their inclusion here does not mean that every provider places cookies on the landing page itself.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when technologies, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and its last-updated date will be published on the landing page. Material changes to optional technologies may require visitors to make a new choice.
